LC5090 High Performance Liquid Chromatography is an intelligent liquid chromatograph centered on users. 1. Flow precision and gradient repeatability
LC5090 infusion pump can achieve long-term stable infusion and obtain ideal baseline noise via its suspended plunger and concentric structure of seal and active online pressure compensation technology. Its binary high-pressure infusion pump adopts a patented spiral gradient mixer design, with low mixing volume, high mixing efficiency, and easy cleaning. The quaternary low-pressure infusion pump adopts optimized dynamic gradient mixing control technology, which can obtain better gradient accuracy and gradient repeatability.

2. Injection residue and injection accuracy
The autosampler adopts a patented cleaning port design, which cleans the inner and outer walls of the injection needle at the same time, so that cross-contamination becomes extremely low and has a lower injection residue. The 180-vial large-volume sample position design, reliable sample injection mode and precise metering pump design ensure excellent sample injection accuracy, save manpower and realize automated operation.

3. Pre-heating function
The integrated column oven uses semiconductor heating and cooling control, which has good temperature uniformity. The mobile phase and sample preheating function can make the peak sharper, the column efficiency higher, and the analysis time shorter. The unique pre-heating function ensures the repeatability of qualitative and quantitative and better system stability.

4. Detector linear range and higher signal-to-noise ratio
UV detector, newly designed optical path structure, motor direct drive spectroscopy technology and high-sensitivity photoelectric conversion element, while increasing the linear range width, it also has an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. Can make the data quality higher.

5. Dual wavelength detection mode
The LC5090 UV detector supports dual-wavelength simultaneous detection of wavelengths, so that you can see the chromatographic effect at different wavelengths at the same time. Through the combination of chromatographic characteristics (chemical properties) and spectral characteristics (physical properties), it provides identification from two different angles. Information greatly increases qualitative reliability.

7.SapphiresilTM column
SapphiresilTM series of chromatographic columns are the latest liquid chromatography column series launched by Fuli. The use of special reagents and base end capping treatment can not only effectively reduce the activity of residual silanol groups on the surface of silica gel, improve the resolution, improve the peak shape, but also can withstand 100% water washing mobile phase, and has a longer service life.
